This paper analyzes the determinant factors of Chinese venture
business performance by growth stages. In order to achieve this, the
author firstly investigates and reviews literatures about
entrepreneurship, strategy, industrial environment, resource. This paper
focuses on Chinese venture business.
The empirical analysis focuses on 82 firms which are from Beijing,
Shanghai, Shuzhou etc in 12 areas of China, then dividing by
beginning stage and final stage to regression analysis them.
In the beginning of growth stage, innovation, dangerous sensibility ,
cost advantage strategy, marketing differentiation strategy, competitive
intensity, industrial growth rate, technological ability and financing
ability prove positive correlations. In the final of growth stage,
dangerous sensibility, advancement, technology innovation strategy,
marketing differentiation strategy, industrial growth rate and
technological ability prove positive correlations.
