The purpose of this study was investigate job characteristics affecting job satisfaction to improve the job effectiveness of special education teacher. For this study, this researcher used the questionnaire method, and as the subject, 49 special education teachers of the special school in Busan were participated in the self-administered survey. As the test tool, the questionnaire for job satisfaction and job characteristics was used. The SPSS/PC+12.0, Statistical Analysis Software, was applied to the data processing and the data was analyzed by ㅡ Frequency, Percent, Intependent-Samples T Test, ANOVA, Regression Correlation Analysis The results of this study are as the following. In addition, it seems to be that the system which the teachers can receive help regarding the management of special class, has to be prepared, and that with the recognition of the teachers' special character job and their professionalism, the burden other than their educational activity will have to be decreased.
