본 연구는 장애아동 재활치료 서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 규명하고자 한다. 특히, 장애아동 재활치료 바우처 서비스를 이용한 장애아동의 부모가 인지하는 만족도에 영향을 미치 는 요인들을 재활치료 과정, 치료환경, 치료효과 요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 보건복지부 에서 2009년부터 실시한 장애아동 재활치료 서비스 바우처 선정기관을 지역별로 층화한 후 이용자를 10명씩 추출하여 총 399명의 서비스 이용부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 서비스 만족도 관 련 요인을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 치료과정, 환경, 그리고 서비스 효과 가 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This study is to identify the affecting factors on service satisfaction of the rehabilitation therapeutic service for the handicapped children. Specially, We analyze the factors which affect on the service satisfaction of the handicapped parents use to rehabilitation therapy for the handicapped children. We focused on the therapeutic effectiveness, therapeutic process, and therapeutic environment. We implement a survey research on the 399 handicapped children’s parents who use the rehabilitation therapy voucher service for the handicapped children of the Ministry of Health and Welfare from 2009. The sampling method was extracted the 10 peoples of each agency which is layer in the area. In order to investigate the service satisfaction relation factors, We executed a multiple regression analysis. As a result, factors of the therapeutic effectiveness, therapeutic process, and therapeutic environment significantly affected on the service satisfaction.
