The purpose of this study were to investigate the effect of Dan-Jeon Breathing for 8weeks on the changes of SBP, DBP,
epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, aldosterone.
The suJect of this study is 65-75years old people. Meditative respiration training wac; perfonned for 60minute every
time, 4time per week for 8weeks.
The conclusions are as follows;
1. After meditaHve respiration training for 8weeks, the changes of SBP, Norepinephrine, Cortisol were significantly
decreased(p<.01)
2. After meditative respiration training for 8weeks, the changes of epinephrine were significantly decreased(p<.OS)
3. After meditative respiration training for 8weeks, the changes of DBP, Aldosterone were slightly decreased(not
significant).
