This study aims to verify the hypothesis that leisure club activities affect students\' self-esteem, satisfaction with college life and career self-efficacy and in turns their self-esteem, satisfaction with college life and career self-efficacy affects satisfaction with life through the Structural Equation Model(SEM), and to identify any significant the factors drawn from the analysis . The study was conducted among the college students in K City in Korea and J City in Korea, and the subjects of 212 Korean students\' surveys and 196 Chinese surveys were
chosen. In terms of statistical method for the analysis of data, I used Reliability Analysis: exploratory factor analysis: Confirmatiry Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis: Cronbach’s , Correlation Analysis, 2, NFI, NNFI, AGFI, GFI, Structure Equation Modeling by SPSS version 17.0 and AMOS(Analysis Moment of Structure) 16.0 program. Korean and Chinese college students showed higher satisfaction with college life , self-esteem, career self-efficacy, with increased satisfaction with leisure club activities as well as higher life satisfactions with
increased satisfaction with college life. It was also revealed that their self-esteem has a significant effect only in Korean college students. It was also revealed career self-efficacy has a significant effect only in Chinese college students. self-efficacy.
