비행이란 용어는 일반적으로 짐작하는 것보다 훨씬 더 복잡하고 다양한 행동을 포함한다. 청소년 비행은 법률적 기준과 아울러 도덕적 기준, 교육적 기준, 사회적 기준을 침범하거나 이탈한 행위로 정의되는 경향이 있다. 아울러 성인의 경우와는 달리 법률의 위반뿐만 아니라 공공의 사회적 가치를 침범하거나 도덕적으로 바람직하지 못하다고 간주하는 부도덕 행위까지도 포함하여야 한다. 넓은 의미에서 비행의 개념에 포함시킬 수 있는 음주, 흡연, 싸움, 흉기소지, 부녀희롱, 기타 자기 또는 타인의 덕성을 해치는 행위 등을 하는 불량행위 소년을 규정하고 있다. 이와 같이 우리나라에서는 형법을 위반한 행위뿐만 아니라 미래에 형법을 위반할 가능성이 있는 행위들도 포괄해서 소년비행으로 보고 있다. 비행의 발생요인을 살펴보면 사회화 과정에서 자기억제, 통제 및 금지가 잘 형성되지 못함으로써 비행이 발생될 수 있다. 또한 사회의 급격한 변화로 사회구조의 파괴에서 오는 요인을 들 수 있다. 가치구조의 혼란, 인간관계의 파괴, 물질만능주의로인한 사회질서 규범와 파괴 등은 청소년에게 가치관의 갈등과 혼란을 가져왔고, 나아가 인간생활의 기본이라 할 공동체의식의 결핍과 정서생활의 불안을 초래하여 문제행동을 쉽게 일으키는 원인으로 작용할 수 있다.
The purposes of this case study were to find out the effect of Art Therapy Program on improvement of the juvenile delinquent and especially to prove the effect of further guide after 6 months(Art Therapy Program) The adolescent was 18 years old female at high school.
