Higher education is facing a new challenge of human resources development, research and exploration for scientific and technological development and for finding solutions to new problems and hazards coming out of globalization such as climatic changes and other problems relating to natural environment and resources, new disease and epidemics. Mainstreaming of EIU will no doubt be one of the most important challenges to the system of higher education.
