The purpose of this research was to analyze teachers' and parents' perceptions of physical disability school and mental retardation school to after-school programs management comparatively. In order to accomplish such purpose, the research questions were established as follows. First, how much different are parents' perceptions to after-school programs management from teachers' in school for students with physical disabilities and in mental retardation school? Second, how much different are parents' and teachers' perceptions to after-school programs in school for the students with mental retardation from parents' and teachers' in school for the students with physical disabilities? The results of this study are as follows. First, teachers perceived after-school program management more positively rather than parents in all of the mental retardation school and physical disability school. Second, the teachers' perception to after-school program management between the mental retardation school and the physical disability school are not different. Neither are the parents' perception to it different. As above, parents' perception to after-school program management are different from teachers'. However, the parents and teachers' perception between the mental retardation school and the physical disability school are not different.
Consequently, we have to improve in parents' perception to after school programs management with reflecting the opinions of the students, and parents for consumers before after-school programs are managed.
