"Sports leaders play important role for practice and match for optimal exercise of athletes' ability in the game. Presently, various journalism channels cover the problem of sports leaders' beating of athletes. Sports field is a place where the reliability between leader and athletes is more important than in any other organizations. There needs be conversion of paradigm from existing traditional leadership paradigm where leader takes initiative as superior over subordinate members to a new one where leader pays more dedication with emphasis on servant leadership. This study's objective is to change the sports field so that both leader and athletes may value spontaneity and responsibility with commitment to common prosperity by offering a field of opportunity to excavate and demonstrate the aptitude and competitive power of individual athletes and team actively. The leadership in sports field takes effect on each athlete and team. Thus, it is proposed that in the sports field of this country which is experiencing rapid social changes and where pursuit of academic achievement only is so prevalent, new leadership needs be established. The first virtue sports leaders shall be harnessed with is 'the ability of listening' with respect for and acceptance of athletes. The second is 'empathy' that expresses in-depth understanding, the third 'embracing' by understanding athletes, and the fourth 'stewardship' to manage and serve the resource of athletes.
