여가 활동은 건강유지와 증진 그리고 자아실현을 통한 삶의 질적 향상과 행복 추구에 효과적으로 부응하는 역할을 담당하고 있기에 개인적으로나 사회적으로 매우 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 여가는 단순히 여가시간에 대체하는 개념이 아니라 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 있어 중요한 기능을 담당하는 개념으로 인식되고 있다(이정순, 2005; 정영남, 2008).
"The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between the leisure constraints, leisure constraints negotiation, and leisure satisfaction of the cadets in Korean air. In order to accomplish this study's purpose, The subjects selected for this study were a total of 535 the cadets in Korean air by the cluster random sampling method, was analyzed by SPSS program. Statistics used in this study were descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regressions analysis. The followings are the results of this study: First, leisure constraints of the cadets in Korean air negatively affected leisure constraints negotiation. Second, leisure constraints of the cadets in Korean air negatively affected leisure satisfaction.
