"This study investigates the psychological adjustment and values of freshmen in Gyeongin National University of Education. 675 samples were collected by the questionnaire. The results are as follows: First, the freshmen think that the human relationship is more important than personal success and character building in their life. Second, the 56 percentage of freshmen think that the teacher is very rewarding job. Third, the 95 percentage of freshmen think that the social participation of university student is needed. Forth, the freshmen think that 'reform of education system' is the question at issue in Korea. Fifth, it arranged the difficulty of the psychological adjustment of freshmen in order of frequency as follows, loneness> anxiety> anger> depression> suicidal thought.
