The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of students about art subject and art expression․appreciation in order to provide ideal art education for students with visual impairment. The Efficient management methods of art education curriculum and improvement strategies for art education were suggested. According to the results, students with visual impairment had high interests and satisfaction level about art class and main part of art classes were consisted of creating activities in expression. To provide more efficient art class, organizing art education curriculum for developing creativity of students with visual impairment by considering the purpose of art education and characteristics of students was suggested. Also, development of educational materials for art class and retraining of teachers were suggested. These will help teacher to provide several art activities and help students to live a creative life.
