This paper analyze the characteristics of industrial and spatial structure in Tianjin Korean direct investment. Most of foreign direct investment research considers macro level, but this paper considers micro level. FDI data can uses only national level or regional level, and then this paper uses The Korea Chamber of Commerce in China\'s data, it can provides more detailed data. This paper find some characteristics of industrial structure. First, most of Korean investment in Tianjin concentrated in electronic manufacturing. Second, the machine industry and electronic manufacturing make industrial linkage. Third, the fiber and shoes industry investment concentrated in investment early period, but after 1998, there are no greenfield investment. Fourth, along investment time, came into viewed investment industry diversity. This paper find some characteristics of spatial structure. First, most of another investment located in Tangguqu and Hexiqu, but most of Korean investment located in Dongliqu, Jinnanqu, Xiqingqu, and Beichenqu, this area not economic core, but periphery. Second, the reason of periphery location is the relation between large enterprises and middle & small enterprises. Third, the Korean direct investment in Tianjin has the self-reinforcing process.
