본 연구는 사회복지전공생의 문화적 지식, 경험, 사회적 기대 등이 문화적 민감성 또는 다양성에 어떠한 경로로 영향을 미치는지 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사회복지를 전공하고 있는 학부생 406명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 12.0과 AMOS 5.0 Version을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 변인들 간에 상관관계가 나타났으며, 경로모형은 문화적 경험과 문화적 지식은 문화민감성과 문화다양성에 직접적으로 또한 문화적 경험과 문화적 지식은 문화민감성을 통해 문화다양성으로 간접적인 영향도 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사회복지전공생의 문화다양성태도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 관계를 바탕으로 사회복지교육 차원의 실제적인 제언을 하였다.
The Purpose of this study was to investigate the paths of the interpersonal effect on the culture diversity of undergraduate majoring social work . The data were analyzed by the SPSS 12.0 Program and tjorimos 5.0program and based on 406 undergraduate majoring social work members.ris a result, frist, there is a correlation relationship with cultural experience, cultural knowledge, social expectation, cultural sensitivity, culture diversity. Second, according to path analysis, cultural experience, cultural knowledge has direct relationship with cultural sensitivity, culture diversity. Also cultural experience, cultural knowledge has indirect effect with culture diversity by cultural sensitivity. It suggests good way to improve culture diversity in terms of social work education.
