In this study, we surveyed elementary school students\' consciousness and attitude on copyright and proposed an effective teaching-learning strategy for copyright education. Firstly, we conducted a survey about the copyright consciousness and tested about the copyright knowledge with 198 students. As a result of survey and testing, we showed that students had higher level of awareness of copyright, but they were lack of attitude and practice of copyright.
Based on these results, we have designed and developed a narrative moral storytelling instruction model that can make a change in behavior rather than knowledge-based education. We expect this study will give a help to solve the problem of information dysfunction in information and communication education.
