본 연구의 목적은 조손가족에게 사례관리를 실시한 가족코치사의 사례관리 경험의 의미와 본질을 밝힘으로써 가족코치사의 역할과 사례관리 필요성을 제고하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 C시 건강가정지원센터에서 조손가족 사례관리를 담당하는 가족코치사 12명이다. 본 연구에서는 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하였으며, 수집을 위하여 의도적인 표집방법, 사례관리일지와 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 6가지 구성요소와 22개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었다. 6가지의 구성요소는 다음과 같다. <새로운 도전>, <가슴으로 끌어안음>, <변화에 대한 뿌듯함>, <나의 성장함을 느낌>, <기억되고 싶은 이미지>, <필요를 채워주는 서비스의 정착> 이다. 본 연구 결과에 대한 사회복지 실천적 함의는 조손가족 가족코치사의 사례관리가 전문사례관리자의 역할을 보완하고 가족의 기능을 향상시키며 조모의 양육부담을 경감하고자 한다. 또한 손자녀의 학습의욕을 높이고 조손가족의 심리․정서적 안정에 도움을 주며 조손가족 사례관리를 위한 가족코치사의 역할을 제안하고자 한다.
The purpose of this study is to raise the role of the family coach and the necessity of the case management by clarifying the meaning and the essence of the case management experience of the family coach who put the case management into practice to the grandparents-grandchildren family. The subject of this study is twelve family coach who take part of the case management of grandparents-grandchildren. They were the subject of the case management of Health Family Support Center in C city. In this study, I adopted Giorgi\'s phenomenological research method. I used the purposed sampling, a journal of case management, in-depth interview and the focus-group interview for data collection.
