본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 어머니의 정서수용태도 척도 개발을 위한 예비 연구로 청소년 기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 정서 수용태도에 어떤 요소나 요인들이 포함되는 것이 적합한지에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 중학생 349명을 대상으로 자료 수 집을 하였고, 연구문제 분석을 위해 탐색적 요인분석 및 문항 양호도와 신뢰도 분석을 실시 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하자면 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석의 결과 3가지 요인구조가 적합함을 발견하였고 그 하위요인을 문제해결적 수용반응, 처벌적 무시반응, 과잉수용반응으로 명명 하였다. 둘째. 문항 양호도를 검증하기 위해 카이제곱 검증과 Cramer의 V 지수를 산출하였 고 그 결과 모든 문항에서 유의미하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 신뢰도 분석을 위해 Cronbach의 α 값을 산출하였고 결과 .85에서 .93으로 높게 나타났다. 이는 본 연구에서 개발한 어머니 정서수용태도 예비척도의 요인과 문항이 적절함을 의미한다.
The purpose of this study was to develop an emotional acceptance scale for mothers' attitudes as those attitudes are perceived adolescents. This was done in order to construct a mothers' attitude on emotional acceptance scale, and to verify the suitability of questionnaires, their validity, and credibility according to the scale thus developed. The subjects of this study consisted of 352 adolescents. Data were analyzed by means of exploratory factor analysis, Chi-Square test and reliability analysis. The results from the factor analysis revealed three principal factors(problem-solving supportive reaction, punctive neglect reaction, over-acceptance reaction). In terms of statistical results, the item discriminant coefficients, Cramer's V ranged from .35 to .67, and in terms of the reliability result, Cronbach's α ranged from .85 to .93. Therefore, this study can be said to be meaningful in terms of the preliminary aim; that is acting as a preliminary research exercise for developing an emotional acceptance scale of mothers' attitudes.
