The purpose of the study was to suggest individualized assistive technology service process. The researchers investigated 122 cases from 2004 to 2007 of GyeongGi-Do Assistive Technology Research & Assistance Center (ATRAC) that provided individualized assistive technology service and various assistive technology devices to people with disabilities of all ages. General information, disability, assistive technology needs in daily living, wheeled mobility & transportation, and assistive technology service process of 122 case records were analyzed. Based on the results of the study, the individualized assistive technology service process consisted of intake, consultation & assessment, functional evaluation, application of various devices in the center, planning, case conference, application of recommended devices in the user\'s environment, device lease or provision, user training & evaluation of functional improvement, and completion & follow-up.
