The purposes of this study were to understand on-line shopping delivery system, satisfaction of on-line shopping, information search activities for purchasing the assistive technology device on Internet and suggest marketing strategy to the marketer who sells products through the on-line shopping mall.
The subject of this study is the disabled university students who is between 20 years and 30 years old. General information, on-line shopping delivery system, information search activity of 50 case records were analyzed in statistics of frequency by SPSS PC program. The main findings of this paper are as the follows. First, searching assistive technology device Internet shopping malls and finding assistive technology devices on Internet shopping mall were the most difficult matter. Second, with the satisfaction of Internet shopping, 34% of the disabled students was analyzed as dissatisfaction. Also according to the analysis of information search activity has shown that the detailed explanations and information and price of product is the most important.
