현재 정부 및 지방자치단체는 함께 추진하고 있는 농어촌 장애인 주거환경 개선사업을 보다 효율적으로 수행하고자 한국장애인개발원을 통해 주거환경 개선 대상가구 중에서 일부 가구를 대상으로 맞춤형 주거환경 개선 자문을 수행해오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국장애인개발원의 주거환경 개선 자문의 결과를 바탕으로 농어촌 장애인 주거환경 개선방향에 대해 주거 공간별로 장애유형에 맞춘 개선대안을 제시하고자 한다. 농어촌에서 살고 있는 장애인의 주거 공간 중에서도 특히 전통 단독형 주거에 거주하는 장애인은 주거 공간의 단차가 많은 재래식 전통주거에서 단차로 인한 이동상의 어려움이 많다. 이와 같은 생활의 어려움을 고려하여, 본 연구에서는 단독형 주거에 거주하고 있는 장애인의 주거 공간 불편요소를 분석하고 환경 개선대안을 제시한다. 본 연구는 주거환경을 개선하기 위한 대안을 장애유형별로 분류하여 제안함으로서 농어촌단독형 주거에 거주하는 다양한 유형의 장애인이 보다 나은 주거생활이 가능하도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안된 장애유형별 개선대안이 향후 지속적으로 진행되어야 할 농어촌 장애인의 주거환경 개선시 부분적으로나마 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
The government and local governments work together to improve the living environment for the disabled people in the rural areas, in order to perform more efficiently. And Korea Disabled People\'s Development Institute improve on the living environment of the disabled by personalized advice. Disabled people is very uncomfortable in the residential space of in the detached house. Consider the difficulties of life, this study offers an alternative to improve the environment for disabled people in residential element of the residential space by analyzing the inconvenience element. And alternatives to improve the living environment will be categorized by the type of the disabled. The purpose of this study is a better residential environment of the disabled in the rural areas by take advantage of alternatives to improve.
