주요 선진국의 경우 u-Health 등의 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용하고자 하는 움직임이 활발하며 미국의 Elite Care는 은퇴한 고령자를 대상으로 건강테크 변기 센서, 침대센서, 위치추적 뱃지 등을 부착하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 강남구 독거노인 사회안전망 시스템 대상자를 중심으로 한 실태조사를 통하여 독거노인 u-사회안전망 서비스를 분석하고 향후 유비쿼터스 환경의 변화에 따라 사회복지서비스의 전환적 모색을 탐구하고자 한다.
In case of developed countries, there are active movements to apply ubiquitous technologies such as the u-health. Also, in the US, Elite Care works for the retired aged seniors attaching the health deck toilet sensor, bed sensor, position finding badges. Accordingly, through the research based on the social safety system for the solitary seniors in Gangnam-Gu, this report will analyze the safety of the u-society services for the solitary seniors, and investigate to find out the turning point for the social welfare services as the ubiquitous.
