This research is set to identify the current usage of assistive mobility device for stroke patients and satisfaction survey consideration of the types mobility assistive device in use. The questionnaire adapted the items of Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with Assistive Technology(QUEST 2.0), which redesigned for the research, and this investigation distributed of in-out patient with stroke in general hospital at Busan. Based on theses results, the most commonly used mobility assistive devices were manual wheelchairs, followed by cane, power wheelchair, electric scooter, and walker. In terms of the types of mobility assistive device, every category had significant variation(p<.05). In terms of service,every category had significant variation(p<.05). Importance for mobility assistive device and services was the safety of the items, comfort, weight, ease of use and durability in order. The present study only suggested problems through the research on the current usage of the mobility assistive devices but also analyzed differences in the satisfaction survey with the types of the assistive mobility devices of stroke patient. Further researches had significance as a basic data for the service delivery system of mobility assistive devices by which stroke patient may appropriately utilize the devices.
