The purpose of this study is to analyse empirically the impact of social networks and leisure life on the subject health condition of 1 middle aged household in Korea. In this study, raw data from Research on Living Conditions and Support Methods of 1 Families in Busan Area was used by the Busan Women s Family Development Institute, and 422 people in the middle aged (40s and 50s) were studied. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the subjective health status was different according to age, spouse status and education level. The results of the hierarchical regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the subjective health status were age, Spouse status, Social network satisfaction, and leisure life satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that a social network specialized to one middle aged household needs to be established, and that leisure activities need to be expanded to enhance the satisfaction of the leisure life of one middle aged household.
