The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the level of learning organization perceived by social welfare workers on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The investigation was carried out on 302 workers from social welfare organizations located in Chungcheongbuk-do, and the results were as follows. The effect of the level of learning organization on organizational commitment was significant and the results demonstrated that the higher the level of learning organization and pay, the higher the organizational commitment. The examination of each sub-factor demonstrated that the higher the team learning and shared vision, the higher the organizational commitment. The effect of the level of learning organization on job satisfaction was significant and the results demonstrated that the higher the level of learning organization, the higher the job satisfaction. The examination of each sub-factor demonstrated that the higher the team learning, system thinking, individual proficiency, and shared vision, the higher the job satisfaction. Based on the results, Several suggestions were presented.
