This study examines the activation strategy of parent’s participation in school activities. Researchers conducted a qualitative approach with parents, teachers. and principles at the school fields in order to find ways to activate strategy of parent’s participation in school activities. In this process, the key educators such as parents, teachers, and principals were presented the critical factors that the eight major issues were set up in order to find the main activation plan. Based on this, policy implications for strategy of parent’s participation in school activities were suggested. First, it is necessary to carry out a systematic survey of the needs of parents for them to actively participate in school. Second, there is a need for successful parental programs and sharing the knowhow. Third, it is necessary to reduce the work of teachers in school. Fourth, it is necessary to consider the changing family structure in Korean society. Fifth, it is necessary to develop voluntary programs based on the interests of parents.
