본 연구는 시험스트레스가 신체화 증상에 미치는 영향과 정서조절 능력이 중학생들 사이에서 어떻게 기능하는지 분석한 결과이다. 첫째 분석은 중학생의 시험스트레스, 신체화 증상, 정서조절능력의 관계에 대해 분석하였고 그 결과는 중학생의 시험스트레스와 정서조절의 상관관계는 유의한 부적상관, 시험스트레스와 신체화 증상과는 유의한 정적상관, 정서조절능력과 신체화 증상과의 상관 결과는 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 정서조절 능력은 중학생의 시험스트레스와 신체화 증상과의 관계를 매개하는지 분석한 결과는 정서조절능력은 중학생의 시험스트레스와 신체화 증상과 매개 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 위하여 용인시 소재의 중학교에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 450명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고, 측정 도구로는 시험스트레스 척도와 한국판 아동용 신체화 척도(K-CSI), 정서조절능력 척도가 사용되었고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0K 프로그램을 이용하여 Cronbach s α, 빈도분석, 평균, 표준편차, Pearson의 상관관계, Sober test 등으로 분석을 하였다.
This study analyzes how test stress affects physicalization and emotional control functions among middle school students. The first analysis analyzed the relationship of test stress, physical symptoms, and emotional control among middle school students, and the results showed a significant correlation between test stress and emotional control. Second, analysis of whether emotional control refers to the relationship between a middle school student s test stress and physical symptoms confirmed that the emotional control ability has a mediated effect with the test stress of a middle school student and the physicalization symptoms. A survey was conducted to 450 first and second graders attending middle schools located in Yongin. As measuring tools, the examination stress scale, K-CSI, and emotional regulation scale were employed, and the data collected went through statistical processing with SPSS 18.0K through Cronbach s α, frequency analysis, average, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation, and Sobel test.
