This study is a case of sandplay therapy of a 5th grade girl who has brother with developmental disability. The client thought that she did not receive as much love and care as she wanted from her parents who took care of her brother. So, the client often tried to confirm her mother s love, compared with her brother and felt her mother was unfairly treating her. Low confidence and high level of depression has been reported by the school psychological test. According to these emotional difficulties, the client was requested to sandplay therapy. In the first half of the session, sandplay therapy was provided 50 minutes each, once a week. But after the middle of the session, it became about once a month, so sandplay therapy were provided in 42 times until three quarter of the first year of middle school. Especially, The sandplay therapy process was analyzed based on the psychological development theory of Neumann and Kalff and confirm that the process of non-disabled child with developmental disorder siblings sandplay therapy is following psychological development level of ‘Stage of Animal/Vegetable’, ‘Stage of Fighting’, ‘Adaptation to the Collective’.
