Along with the extended globalization based on neo-liberalism, the phenomena of socio-economic inequality and the exclusion of the socially disadvantaged have been intensified at home and abroad. Also from the andragogical dimension, the educational need of the meaningful relationship with others has been raised for achieving the inclusive growth and inclusive society. The purpose of the paper was to andragogically reinterpret Nietzsche’s philosophy of Self and Others as a pre-understanding for the inclusive society. The paper defined Nietzsche as a adult educator and suggested the necessity of hermeneutical approach to examine Nietzsche’s thought on inclusiveness. The paper then discussed Nietzsche’s Self-consciousness focussing of individual’s subjectivity and the existence of human being. Based on this, the paper examined Nietzsche’s difference affirmation focussing of Will to Power and perspectivism. Lastly but not least the importance of inclusive society was examined from the perspective of Nietzsche’s eternal recurrence and Amor Fati.
