The purpose of this study is to develop survey instrument to measure for technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge(TPACK) of special education teacher and to evaluate the scale’s construct validity. For this purpose, 250 special education teachers were surveyed. The result is as follows.
First, as a special education teacher s technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge(TPACK), a scale of 34 items of 5 factors of pedagogical knowledge(PK), Technology Knowledge(TK), Content Knowledge(CK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge(TPK), Technological Content Knowledge(TCK was developed.
Second, as a result of confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation model analysis, hierarchical model explaining five factors of special education teacher technology teaching contents was found to be appropriate.
Therefore, the scale consisting of 34 items developed in this study was found to be suitable as a measure to measure the technology teaching content knowledge of special education teachers.
