The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Social Capital on the health states of the Disabled, and the mediating effect of Economic Activity Status on the relationship between Social Capital and health states. For these purposes, the eleventh wave of the Korea Welfare Panel Study of 2016 conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs was used as raw data. To analyze this data, SPSS 20.0, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used. The results obtained in this study demonstrate that Social Capital has a significant effect on the health states of the Disabled. In addition, Economic Activity Status has been shown to have a mediating effect between Social Capital and health states. Based on the results, more social capital, better Economic Activity Status and policy directions are suggested to promote health states of the Disabled.
