본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 사회적자본이 주관적 건강에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 검증하고 이 관계 속에서의 경제활동의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위해 한국보건사회연구원에서 실시한 한국복지패널(Korea Welfare Panel Study)의 11차년도 원자료를 이용하였으며, SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 이 변수들 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계분석을 실시한 후 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 연구모형을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 장애인의 사회적자본이 주관적 건강에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경제활동이 사회적자본과 주관적 건강의 관계에서 매개효과를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 사회적자본과 주관적 건강 간의 관계에서 사회적자본과 경제활동을 향상시켜 주관적 건강을 증진할 수 있는 실천적․정책적 방향을 제시 하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Social Capital on the health states of the Disabled, and the mediating effect of Economic Activity Status on the relationship between Social Capital and health states. For these purposes, the eleventh wave of the Korea Welfare Panel Study of 2016 conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs was used as raw data. To analyze this data, SPSS 20.0, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used. The results obtained in this study demonstrate that Social Capital has a significant effect on the health states of the Disabled. In addition, Economic Activity Status has been shown to have a mediating effect between Social Capital and health states. Based on the results, more social capital, better Economic Activity Status and policy directions are suggested to promote health states of the Disabled.
