목적 : 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 노인 인지기능검사(LICA)의 타당성을 알아보기 위해 MoCA-K와의 상관관계를 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 2018년 5월 1일부터 2018년 9월 30일까지 서울 소재의 병원에서 뇌졸중으로 입원한 환자를 30명을 대 상으로 LICA, MoCA-K 평가하였다. 연구결과 : LICA와 MoCA-K의 수행 점수간의 상관계수는 r=.469로 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. MoCA-K 의 학력과의 상관관계는 r=.760로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 LICA는 학력과의 상관관계는 r=.432로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. MoCA-K하위 항목 기억력과 LICA의 기억력과의 상관관계는 r=.468로 유 의미한 차이를 보였고, MoCA-K 주의력과 LICA의 주의력의 상관관계는 r=.504로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 LICA는 MoCA-K와 유의한 상관관계를 가진 도구로 확인되었으며, 뇌졸중 환 자에게도 평가할 수 있는 인지 평가도구로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
Objective : In this study we aimed to examine the validity of the LICA for MoCA-K evaluations in the stroke patients. Method : LICA, MoCA-K were administered to 30 stroke patients in from general hospital in Seoul, rehabilitation hospital in Gyeonggido from June 1, 2018 to Sep 30, 2018. Result : The correlation between the performance scores of LICA and MoCA-K showed a significant correlation coefficient r=.469. The correlation between the performance scores of LICA and Education level showed a significant correlation coefficient r=.432. The correlation between the performance scores of MoCA-K and Education level showed a significant correlation coefficient r=.760. The comparison between the performance scores of the LICA and the MoCA-K was as follows: correlation coefficient memory of was r=.468, correlation coefficient attention of was r=.504. Conclusion : The result of this study suggests that LICA and MoCA-K are valid and sensitive measurement tools, which are helpful to screen stroke patients cognitive impairment.
