목적 : 본 연구는 요양보호사의 전문성, 직무소진이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 분석한 후, 서비스 질을 높이기 위한 실천 및 정책적 방안을 마련하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 연구방법 : 본 연구에서는 인천, 경기 지역 요양시설에 근무하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며 조사 기간은 2018년 3월부터 7월까지였고 총 180명이 응답하였다. 설문조사의 측정도구는 서비스질, 전문성, 직무소진이었으며 선행연구에서 신뢰도가 검증된 도구를 사용하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 전문성 중 직업소명의식은 서비스 질의 하위변수 대부분에, 준거조직활용은 유형성에 정적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 직무소진 중 성취감 결여는 서비스 질의 모든 하위변수에, 정서적 고갈, 비인격화는 서비스 질 하위변수 중 일부분에 부적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 요양보호사의 전문성, 직무소진이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 요양보호사의 서비스 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이는 요양보호사들의 전문성 확대, 직무만족과 서비스를 받고 있는 노인들의 삶의 질 향상에 영향을 미칠 것이다.
Objective : This study aims to analyze the effects of care workers professionalism and their job burnout on the quality of their service so as to prepare practical and policy measures aimed at enhancing the quality of their service. Methods : An effective 180 care workers from nursing facilities in the area of Incheon and Gyeonggi-do were sampled to survey them. The survey was conducted from March to July 2018. The survey s measuring tools were service quality, professionalism, and job burnout, and the tools that proved their reliability in previous studies were used. The analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results : The analysis of survey results revealed that, all sub variable of professionalismhad positive effects on such subordinate variables of service quality. Of subordinate variables of job burnout, a lack of sense of achievement had negative effects on all subordinate variables of service quality. Conclusion : This study sought to analyze the effects of care workers professionalism and their job burnout on the quality of their service so as to prepare measures aimed at enhancing the service quality of care workers.
