The purpose of this study was to identify the level of perception of educational welfare for lifelong education learners and to grasp the factors affecting their perceptions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the perception of educational welfare of lifelong learners using frequency analysis and descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. The results of this study showed that the higher the age, the more interested in learning support, the higher the perception of the necessity of lifelong education. Based on these results, we intend to find implications for the development of educational welfare.
