본 연구는 평생교육학습자를 대상으로 교육복지에 대한 인식 수준을 확인하고 인식에 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 교육복지의 인식을 제고하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위해 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 평생교육학습자의 교육복지인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계분석을 실시하였고 교육복지 인식에 따른 집단별 차이를 알아보기 위해 ANOVA 분석을 실시하였고 마지막으로 교육복지 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 연령이 높을수록, 학습지원에 대한 관심이 높을수록 평생교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 교육복지의 발전을 위한 함의를 모색하고자 한다.
The purpose of this study was to identify the level of perception of educational welfare for lifelong education learners and to grasp the factors affecting their perceptions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the perception of educational welfare of lifelong learners using frequency analysis and descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. The results of this study showed that the higher the age, the more interested in learning support, the higher the perception of the necessity of lifelong education. Based on these results, we intend to find implications for the development of educational welfare.
