The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational support perception, organizational citizenship behavior, and job engagement perceived by secretarial workers, and to verify the mediating effect of job engagement on the relationship between organizational support perception and organizational citizenship behavior. For this purpose, data were collected from 219 secretarial workers, and the collected data were analyzed using PROCESS macro (Model=4) of Hayes (2013), a mediating effect verification method using bootstrapping. The main findings were as follows: First, there was a significant correlation between organizational support perception, organizational citizenship behavior, and job engagement. Second, job engagement had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between organizational support perception and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the above study suggest the need for intervention at the level of education and training that can boost job engagement in order to improve organizational citizenship behavior of secretarial workers.
