The purpose of the study was to examine various legal and definition changes in the area of learning disabilities in recent years through reflection on the stigmatization of learning disability and the lack of adequate education support for learning disability. In order to expand educational support for learning disabilities, it is necessary to establish a support system for ld(learning disabilities) who has difficulty in learning, which has been placed in the educational blind spot without properly diagnosed. In addition, since learning disability is a potential factor, it has been assessed incompletely with a simple approaches. Therefore, through the hybrid model that includes categorical-dimensional and group-individual concepts, it is necessary to provide comprehensive educational support to the children of category B proposed by OECD by convergence of diagnosis and intervention of LD(Learning Disabilities).
