This study is to derive the components of teaching practicum for building an online teaching practicum platform through Delphi survey. To this end, the researchers derived three core elements and nine sub-elements, centering on the content elements of teaching practicum through theoretical considerations on teaching practicum. They are first, ‘Phase’: Pre-Orientaion, Teaching-in-Action, Evaluation, second, ‘Type’: Classroom Observation, Teaching, Teaching & Administration, and third, ‘Support System’: University, Provincial Office of Education, Schools. The researchers then conducted a Delphi survey to select specific components. The Delphi survey was conducted three times on 20 experts from five regional teachers training institutions across the country, and a total of 82 detailed components were selected as a result. The components of the teaching practicum selected in this study were selected as a way to reach consensus among experts by properly securing CVR’s, convergence and consensus through three rounds of Delphi surveys. Therefore, the components of the teaching practicum selected in this study are suitable as components for building an online platform for the teaching practicum. In addition, the teaching practicum components derived from this study are the most relevant, useful, and key elements of the teaching practicum, which can contribute more effectively to the establishment of an online platform for systematic and efficient operation of the teaching practicum.
