목적: 본 연구는 파킨슨씨병 환자를 대상으로 가정환경수정 교육을 시행하였을 때 일상생활활동, 부양부담감에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 파킨슨씨병 진단을 받은 노인 15명을 대상으로 2018년 12월부터 2019년 3월까지 총 4회 교육을 실시하였다. 중재 전·후 환자의 일상생활활동과 보호자의 부양부담감을 평가하기 위해 The new ADL questionnaire과 Zarit Burden Interview를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 교육 전·후 비교에서 가정환경수정 교육을 실시한 파킨슨씨병 환자와 보호자의 일상생활활동과 부양부담감에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 결론: 본 연구의 통해 가정환경수정교육이 파킨슨씨병 환자의 질병 진행을 예방하고 건강증진을 할 수 있는 중재방법으로 적극적으로 활용할 수 있기를 기대한다.
Objective : The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of home environment modification education on patients with Parkinson's disease on Activity daily of living and caregiver burden. Methods : A total of four education sessions were conducted for 15 elderly people diagnosed with Parkinson's disease from December 2018 to March 2019. The new ADL Questionnaire and Zarit Burden Interview were conducted to evaluate Activity daily of living of patients before and after intervention and the Caregiver burden. Prior to and after training. Results : Parkinson's disease patients and caregivers who provided home environment modification training showed significant differences in their Activity daily of living and burden (p<.05). Conclusion : Through this study, we hope that home environment modification education can be actively used as an intervention method to prevent the progression of Parkinson’s disease patients and promote health.
