본 연구는 나눗셈 학습에 어려움을 보이는 건강장애 학생에게 학습동기와 흥미를 높이기 위한 동영상을 활용한 나눗셈 직접교수를 제공하고 학생의 나눗셈 문제풀이 능력에 미치는 효과를 나눗셈 문제풀이 점수와 오류 점검을 통해 분석하였다. 사례연구를 통해 학생은 총 10회기의 중재기간 동안 나눗셈 연산내용을 동영상을 활용한 직접교수를 통해 단계적으로 학습하였다. 중재 결과, 학생의 나눗셈 평가지 검사 결과는 중재 전 기간에는 평균 7점에서 중재 기간에는 평균 17점으로 향상되었고, 중재 후 유지 기간에는 평균 21점으로 지속되었다. 학생이 보였던 나눗셈 문제풀이 오류는 중재 기간동안 점차 줄어들어 마지막 중재 회기와 유지 기간에서는 오류 없이 문제를 푸는 모습을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 건강장애 학생을 대상으로 한 후속 중재연구의 연구주제와 연구방법 면에서의 제안점 등이 논의되었다.
This case study provided the direct-instruction for improving the division problem-solving skills of the student with health impairments by using video-clips for her learning motivation and interests. The study analyzed the effects of direct-instruction on the student’s division problem-solving skills. During a total of 10 intervention probes, the student learned division problem-solving skills based on the learning sequence in division area. The results of the study showed that the student’s average score was improved from the average score of 7 during the pre-intervention period to the average score of 17 during the intervention period and then kept with the average score of 21 during the maintenance period. Based on the results, the study discussed suggestions about research topics and methodology of future study for students with health impairments.
