This study was conducted to explore the contents of happiness for social workers who provide services for the happy life of the whole people, and it will be used as an important data to improve their happiness. The subjects of the survey were 48 social workers working at 4 welfare centers located in Suwon and Hwaseong. As a result of the survey, it was found that the happiness that they think of themselves is in a state of being comfortable, comfortable, and abundant. In order to be happy now, it was always positive thoughts, hobbies, and family time. The happiness that the job as a social worker gives was found to vary widely among individuals. While working as a social worker, there was a change in the subject s life, and it was found to be happy when expressing gratitude. It turns out that they are happy when a fellow social worker sincerely supports them, and when their boss acknowledges them and waits for them. In order for social workers to be happy, social welfare institutions should provide appropriate work, work in a free atmosphere, and improve employee welfare.
