This study aims to analyze Korean domestic research trends related to music education activities for the disabled. From 2010 to 2019, a total of 163 studies were selected as the subject of study from a total of 722 Korean domestic articles on music education activities of the disabled. The data were analyze by categorizing them into five categories: year, research subject, research method, research topic, and educational activity area. As a result of the analysis, research on music education activities was most actively conducted in 2019, As for the research subject, ‘intellectual disability type’ was the most frequent. Quantitative research by research method, social factor excluding other parts by research subject, and performance activity by educational activity area occupied the most. Therefore, continuous academic and practical research on the paradigm of the music education philosophy of the disabled is required.
