The purpose of this study is to lay the theoretical foundation for the development of non-face-to-face online music class content and provide directions for efficient online content development applicable to school music class sites. The researchers conducted a non-face-to-face group interviews with elementary, middle, and high school music teachers and collected survey data through online written responses and real-time video interviews. The researchers used the survey materials as concrete measures for developing online music class content on the main topic basis, depending on the contents and answer of the questions. This study shows that online music class content requires improvements in the online music class environment, changes in positive perception of online music classes, development of optimized class platforms for online music classes, development of music class contents according to the national curriculum, and development of school-specific software.
