The purpose of this study is to find out the holistic healing effects of Won-Buddhism mindfulness/unmindfulness-focused mind practice program to adolescents as well as its implications. In order to do that, the healing goals that Won-Buddhism aims were studied through theoretical backgrounds and empirical studies were conducted to verify this program. 3 Times of the same research was conducted to 730 middle school students in H girls’ middle school. In the results, it was found out that mindfulness/unmindfulness- focused mind practice program increases self-esteem, self-control, saving attitude, public benefit activities, and altruism. This is a very positive outcome that was resulted in one semester. This kind of positive outcome was continuously demonstrated even after this program was continued for two more semesters. Based on the above results, implications and suggestions of this study were discussed.
