이 연구는 창작국악동요를 활용한 통합예술활동이 유아의 국악흥미도와 음악창의성에 미 치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 W시 소재 두 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 31명을 선정하여, 실험집단에는 창작국악동요를 활용한 통합예술활동을 적용하고, 비교집단 에는 창작국악동요 지도와 누리과정에 기초한 통합활동을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 실험집단의 국악 흥미도와 음악창의성 평균이 비교집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 이러한 결과는 창작국악동요를 활용한 통합예술활동이 유아의 국악흥미도를 높이고 음악창의성을 증진할 수 있 는 교수⋅학습방법으로 유아교육현장에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of integrated arts activities based on created Korean children’s songs on young children s interest in Korean music and musical creativity. For this purpose, 31 five-year-old children from two daycare centers located in W city were classified into the experimental group and the comparison group. Integrated arts activities based on created Korean children’s songs were applied for the experimental group. In the results, the mean of the experimental group for interest in Korean music and musical creativity was statistically significantly higher than that of the comparison group. The results of this study suggest that integrated arts activities based on created Korean children’s songs can be applied to the early childhood education field as an effective teaching-learning method that can increase young children s interest in Korean music and promote their musical creativity.
