This study was conducted to investigate the satisfaction level of the user guide service and information desk facility environment for users of the old age welfare center in Birdnae. . The subjects of the survey were 150 users of Birdnae Senior Welfare Center. Looking at the general characteristics, there were more males than females, and the age group used the most was in their 70s, the general members (non-recipients) were the most, and the period of use was more than 5 years. Looking at the satisfaction results according to the general characteristics of the study subjects (gender, age, member classification, period of use), the satisfaction with the information service (kindness/quickness) according to the period of use and satisfaction with the information desk facility (sound) according to age were significantly higher. appear. Compared to the group with more than 5 years of use, the service (kindness/quickness) satisfaction of users with a short period of use was lower, and the higher the age, the lower the satisfaction with the information desk facility (sound). Accordingly, it was found that it was necessary to change the user guide service and information desk facility environment by reflecting the needs according to the general characteristics (period of use, age).
