This study aimed to explore teacher leadership expressed in the story of the learning community experience of kindergarten teachers. For this purpose, teacher leadership content in the story text written by 29 kindergarten teachers, with 1 to 30 years of teaching experience, was analyzed to make the learning community experience and practice significant. The results showed that teacher leadership, in the story of the learning community experience written by kindergarten teachers, is largely exhibited through the relationship with the teacher himself/herself, early childhood relationship, peer-teacher relationship, parent relationship, and kindergarten community relationship. This study provides specific information about the causes, the process, and the effect of teacher leadership.
