본 연구는 작업치료학과 학생들의 봉사활동 참여가 지적장애인 거주시설 작업치료사에 대한 직무인식과 직무만족의 변화를 알아보는데 목적이 있으며, 이에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 작업치료과 학생 10명이며, 지적장애인 거주시설에서 고유수용성 감각활동을 기반으로 한 봉사활동에 4주간 참여하였다. 연구도구는 직무인식에 대한 평가로 직무인식, 사회적 인식으로 구성되었으며, 총 5문항씩 10문항으로 구성되었다. 직무만족에 대한 평가는 직무기술척도를 기반으로 수정되었으며, 5점 척도로 구성되었다. 연구결과는 봉사활동 참여 전 보다 참여 후 대상자들의 직무인식과 직무만족이 증가하였다. 작업치료학과 학생들의 봉사활동의 참여는 지적장애인 거주시설 작업치료사에 대한 직무인식과 직무만족을 변화시키는 데 기여할 수 있다. 따라서, 지적장애인 거주시설 작업치료사에 대한 직무인식과 직무만족을 변화시키기 위해서 작업치료학과 학생들에게 지적장애인 거주시설에서의 봉사활동 참여를 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the changes of the job awareness and satisfaction about the occupational therapist worked in the intellectual disability residential care facility through the participation in the volunteer activity of the students majored in the occupational therapy and basic information about these should be provided. The study subjects were 10 students majored in the occupational therapy, They participated in the volunteer activity consisted of the proprioceptive activities for 4 weeks. The study tools is that job awareness assessment was used the questionnaire measured the duty, social awareness. The job satisfaction assessment was used the questionnaire based on the job descriptive index. The results of the job awareness and satisfaction showed the increase after the participation in the volunteer activity. The participation in the volunteer activity of the students majored in the occupational therapy could be contributed to change the job awareness and satisfaction about the occupational therapist worked the intellectual disability residential care facility. Thus, this participation should be considered to the students majored the occupational therapy.
