The purpose of this study is to grasp the leadership experience process and leadership formation factors of female leaders through phenomenological studies according to the leadership experience process of women leaders. This study utilized phenomenological analysis method[1] and selected three female leaders with experience in organization and social activities. As a result, first, they experienced stereotypes and discrimination against women and tried to find and adapt their own methods rather than reject reality or lead the change. Second, he felt the joy of working through social activities and said that work is an important part of his life. Third, the reason for the existence of the leader is to achieve the goal in consideration of the growth of the individual and the organization. In particular, female leaders are developing new leadership values through various leader experiences. Therefore, this study aims to explore how to use the female leader s expertise in the age of low fertility aging, creative and flexible female experts in the 4th Industrial Revolution, and various possibilities.
