본 연구의 목적은 장애인보호작업장을 이용하는 발달장애인의 골판지 종이상자 제조 직무분석 결과를 도출하고, 이러한 발달장애인 골판지 종이상자 제조 직무 직무분석 결과와 관련하여 발달장애인 골판지 종이상자 제조 직무능력 평가 도구를 개발하여, 향후 장애인보호작업장에서 장애인에 대한 사회복지사의 전문적인 직무능력 평가, 직업재활계획 수립, 취업알선 등을 실천함에 목적이 있다. 연구결과에 의하면, 발달장애인 골판지 종이상자 제조 직무분석과 관련된 이론적 배경을 제시하였고, 발달장애인 골판지 종이상자 제조 직무분석 결과를 도출하였다. 발달장애인 골판지 종이상자 제조 직무분석 결과를 제시하였고, 발달장애인 골판지 종이상자 제조 직무능력 평가 도구를 제안하였다. 이를 활용하여 현장에서 적용 가능한 직무분석 및 직무능력 평가도구를 도출하였음에 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to derive the results of job analysis of corrugated cardboard paper box manufacturing jobs for people with developmental disabilities using a workplace for the disabled, and develop a job competency evaluation tool for manufacturing corrugated cardboard paper boxes with developmental disabilities in relation to the job analysis results. Therefore, the purpose is to practice professional job competency evaluation of social workers for the disabled, establishment of vocational rehabilitation plan, and job placement for the disabled in the workplace for the disabled in the future. According to the research results, the theoretical background related to the job analysis of corrugated cardboard paper box manufacturing for the developmentally disabled was presented, and the results of the job analysis for the developmentally disabled corrugated cardboard paper box manufacturing were derived. The results of job analysis for the production of corrugated cardboard paper boxes for the developmentally disabled were presented, and a tool for evaluating the job competency of the developmentally disabled corrugated cardboard box manufacturing was proposed. Using this, it can be said that it is meaningful to derive a job analysis and job competency evaluation tool that can be applied in the field.
