This study explores the role of teachers in supporting educational experiences in elementary school physical education. It is a self-research that aims to develop the “habitus and inner strength” of elementary school teacher educators. The research participant is the researcher himself. “I” practiced a life of movement as one of the inner strengths. “I” developed an eye for sports (formation of eyesight), a positive self-image, and vitality and grit for life while practicing the exercise guidelines. As a second effort to develop inner strength, “I” practiced educating life. “I” practiced miniaturized physical activity for passive participants in education, focusing on new sports, selectively paying attention to class, and writing a physical education log. “I” am living a life of research as the third effort to develop inner strength. When conducting research, “I” looked into classes from a research perspective and integrated the lives of physical education and research. The practice and will to expand the life of sports, the life of education, and the life of research were analyzed and interpreted.
