This study is a study on the change in the constancy of parenting stress of parents with developmental disabilities support service users, and the study participants analyzed the stress of the child rearing process for 7 parents with developmental disabilities based on specific statements. As a result of the study, the parenting stress of parents of children with disabilities using the parent counseling service was analyzed as a physical factor that reached the limit of physical strength by full-day care, a psychological factor of pressure to perpetuate parenting, and a social factor that cannot be equal to social members, The parenting process model that appeared in the process of raising children with disabilities was found to be cognitive → negative → self-restraint → acceptance → commitment. The parenting type of children with disabilities was divided into inclusive parenting, which is a form of care that accommodates all children's needs (rebellion, rejection), disciplined parenting that encourages self-reliance, neglect parenting that prioritizes the will of children with disabilities, and dedication. Participants in the study evaluated the parent counseling service for the developmental disability as a tool to relieve and relieve the psychological pressure of parenting, confirming the positive function of homeostasis change. Based on this, the implications of the study are suggested that parent counseling services for developmental disabilities help relieve the stress of raising children with disabilities.
